Building Envelope Restoration of Automobile Dealership in South Surrey (in progress). Exterior cladding systems include rainscreen metal panels and rainscreen fibre cement cladding system. New roofing at main entry tower is protected with 2 ply SBS roofing system.

Restoration Project in White Rock

Partial Building Envelope Restoration Project in White Rock (completed in 2015). Exterior cladding systems include rainscreen stucco cladding system. Existing deck membrane was replaced with new.

Partial Exterior Retrofit at 1372 Acadia Road, UBC (completed in 2014). Existing cladding was replaced with new cedar siding.

New added floors/building will have new rainscreen metal panel cladding system and rainscreen stucco cladding system complete with new windows and doors. New roofing will be protected with combination of 2 ply SBS roofing membrane system & metal roofing system.

AUM provided building envelope engineering services related to the new deck to building wall transition details.
